Week 9

I took a train into Sheffield which is a nearby city to Worksop, I met with some people and we walked around town and through the Christmas stalls and into the other shops available in the town centre in Sheffield, I met someone new as I met up with a friend as well as their friend who I didn't previously know. I have shown improvement on my communication skills as my normal attitude to talking to new people would be to be quiet and not draw attention to myself, however I was more open and confident as I could talk to the person I didn't need to be self conscious. This shows my improvement since the start of my PDP as one of my areas for improving was communication as my confidence was always low when speaking to people I didn't know well.
